Privacy Policy
The honest version: no accounts, no data trading — just ads and traffic statistics, both of which are opt-in and reversible.
1. The Short Version
This site has no accounts and no comments, and we never sell personal information. It is funded by advertising, and it measures its own traffic — so two third parties are involved: Adsterra (ads) and Google Analytics (statistics). Both are switched off until you say otherwise, and you can change that decision at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
2. What We Collect
Nothing you type: there are no forms on this site beyond a plain email address you choose to write to. Our hosting provider logs the usual operational data (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, and we do not combine it with anything else or use it to identify you.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We store your privacy choice itself in your browser's local storage (key: zc-consent-v1) so we don't have to ask again. The optional achievement tracker also saves its checkmarks in local storage, and that data never leaves your device. Everything else — analytics cookies and advertising cookies or device identifiers — is set by the third parties described below, and only after consent.
4. Advertising — Adsterra
Advertising on this site (including notification and floating unit formats) is delivered by Adsterra and the advertising partners it works with.
Adsterra and its partners may set cookies, local storage entries or device identifiers — including ones used to limit how often the same ad is shown and to measure performance — in order to serve and report on those ads. Those cookies live on Adsterra's own domains, not ours, which means we cannot read them or delete them on your behalf; only your browser can, via its own cookie settings, and the partners below also offer their own opt-outs.
If you reject non-essential cookies, no Adsterra script is requested at all, so there is nothing to serve and nothing to measure. If you accept and later change your mind, the advertising script is removed immediately — you will not keep seeing ads until your next visit.
You can review Adsterra's own privacy policy at adsterra.com/privacy-policy, and opt out of behaviour-based advertising from many networks at youronlinechoices.eu or optout.aboutads.info.
5. Audience Analytics & Your Choices — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R899DVX3KZ) to understand which guides are read. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, and does not store the IP addresses of visitors. It only loads after you choose “Accept all”.
Both the analytics and the advertising scripts are controlled by the same privacy choice. Rejecting them stops both; withdrawing consent later deletes the Google Analytics cookies we can reach and pulls the advertising script down on the spot.

6. Embedded Content
Some pages embed videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Playing an embedded video means YouTube/Google's own policies apply from that point on, and those are outside our control.
7. External Links
Links to Steam, EA, StarWars.com and other external sites are subject to those sites' own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you are concerned about your data.
8. Data Protection Rights
Because we hold no personal profile about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. The rights that do apply here — refusing analytics and advertising cookies, and withdrawing a choice you already made — are described in section 5 above and can be exercised directly on this site. If you believe personal information has appeared on this site, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
